The Chateau is a nice community that caters to graduate students and professionals (for the most part). The apartments are rather old; however, the community is very nice. This is especially true if you own a dog. Neighbors were usually considerate and respectful&very little noise for me. The kitchen and bathrooms could stand to be updated, but they are clean and in working condition. One negative thing that residents usually don't find out until after they move in...the living room window does not open. Overall, I would recommend the Chateau because they are well-maintained (maintenance is excellent), safe, and good for pet owners.
