If you want to get sick, go ahead and move on in. This place is infested with roaches (or as Dan calls them, Palmetto bugs). Wikipedia defines Palmetto bugs as, Southern American Cockroaches. The ceiling of my apartment was ridden with mold. I was sick nearly the whole time I lived here. Also, as per the other reviews my legs broke out in some wierd rash while living here. Dan is a liar and will try to downplay any problems that you encounter. Save your health, pay the extra $50 per month (you get free cable and wireless access) and move into the place down the street.
