The price is great for the square footage - 800 sq ft. The layout wasn't thought through very well, though. The kitchen is too small, the bathroom is very small, as well. You don't get a lot of closet space, either. The living room and bedroom are HUGE but it almost allows for "negative space" to occur if you don't have a lot of furniture. The kitchen is poorly planned, it's cramped and when you open the fridge, it opens so that you have to walk OUT of the kitchen to open it. The management shaved their budget for the paint job. The floors in my 2nd floor apartment are uneven so some of my furniture doesn't sit well. The brick wall does work as an amplifier for outside noise and the air is extremely loud when it turns on. My tv volume gets adjusted frequently - when it's on, it goes up, when it's off it goes back down because then it's too loud. The neighbors are nice and quiet. The layout is nice though the parking lot entrances are very narrow that I hold my breath when there's another car coming in or out and I have a small car. It's great for the price but when you can afford more, you'll want more.
