Positive:
- Good price for space.
- Maintenance is friendly and quick responding.
Negative:
- Old old old
- Poor layout - tiny bathroom, tiny kitchen, old appliances, not enough storage.
- The brick wall does enhance the sound from neighbors.
- The air conditioning is very loud - it will drown out any music or tv or phone conversation.
- The landlord is unprofessional the day you move out. He will gut you for every last dime.

I've lived in other apartments and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I'm so thankful I no longer live there.

I had the best experience at the chateau as well as many of my friends. Maybe in this case it's the tennant and not the apartment. As far as the landlord and him being unprofessional, I had great experiences with dan and his staff. I still strongly recommend the cahteau to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, clean and affordable place to live.
