The Chateau Apartments complex is a safe and friendly environment that is ideal for graduates and professionals who value good management, high integrity, and affordable living. My personal experience with the management and staff has been superb, which is also reflected in the stability of the resident community and its continued oversubscription. What may be lacking in new gadgets and veneer is surpassed by safety, cleanliness, and dependability. Parking is easy and there are no less than three bus routes and one bike path leading to campus. The apartment is structurally sound, quiet, and has a steel door. Passages are well lit at all times and commonly lined with residents' flowers, plants, and cozy chairs. The grounds are well attended and their upkeep is not intrusive. In my experience, the maintenance and office staff are excellent.
