I lived at the Chateau for several years and loved it there. The staff was always friendly and attentive and Billy is awesome. I've never seen maintenance requests have such a quick turnaround and you won't find a nicer guy.

The Chateau apartments are very spacious one bedroom apartments with lots of closet space and residents are provided with a free carpet shampooing once a year. I think that's a great perk!

There is also the perk of referrals. If you refer someone to live there and they sign a lease, you get $100 off that month's rent...I'd say that's a pretty great deal!

The place is pet friendly, always clean...and I felt very safe walking around the complex at night.

There is a pretty willow tree, a few open fields, and a gazebo near one of the laundry rooms. There are also picnic tables and grilling areas. It's a very nice place to live and I was glad to call it home...and sad when it was time to relocate.
