Pros:
Convenient to bus routes toward UNC
No undergraduate students
Walking distance to Carrboro town center & Weaver St. Market
Friendly & responsible management
Units are well maintained

Cons:
Appliances, esp. refrigerator, are older and not very efficient
Buildings are on the older side
