I lived in the Chateau Apts. for 2 years and have nothing but very positive things to say about the experience. The management is INCREDIBLY nice, efficient, friendly and will have anything thing you might need fixed in your apartment, fixed in a day generally. Packages are dropped off at the office if you're not home and they will leave them inside your door after 5:30pm - which was fantastic and I never had to chase down packages. The apartments are big, clean, safe and have all the mod. cons. There are multiple laundry facilities on the premises and easy recycling and dumpster bins all right there. The pool is great also - and there aren't generally a ton of people swimming. This place was quiet and stress free all the way around. It's close enough to walk to most places in Carrboro or Chapel Hill, if you're so inclined. If I moved back to this area I would DEFINITELY move in to the Chateau Apts. again.
