I lived there for more than three years (2000-2003). I had no problem except for a loud and rowdy neighbor who was promplty evicted after my complaint.



I had a one-bed room apartment on the front side, near the entrance. and was happy with the apartment itself. During my stay, the management underwent major changes several times, and the current management works well... courteous, helpful and professional staff with an excellent and friendly maintenance crew. One bus route ('N')terminated in the apartment complex... very convenient. The laundry room and swimming pool worked well. Rent was cheap, and deals were usually good.



The negative side was that some people turned on their car music systems very loud all day and in the middle of the night, which was irksome. The management had a system for anonymously filing a complaint against such people by informing the management of the car license plate number. Since institution, it has reduced the problem, but did not eliminate it. The back side is probably more quiet. New letter boxes had been installed recently, which are strong and safe.

Carrboro/ Chapel hill Police cars patrol the apartment and other areas fairly frequently. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
