The groundskeepers hit on you if you're female.

At night there is no proper lighting for the apartments on the backside that faces the forest and the traintracks.

There used to be no fence and now they put one up; it's useless though because there's a place on both sides where intruders can just slide inside the complex.

Some stupid scary people live here.

One lady harrassed me through my door because I wouldn't hang out with her.

This place seems to attract lowlifes and utter scum of Chapel Hill.

Totally not the place for students who want a life.

The bus doesn't run here past 7pm.

Ridiculous if you don't own a car and want to have a life outside of Estes Park.

Cops patrol and sit in the complex all night.

Makes you feel safe but what the hell' What has happened here before that they need the PoPo there everynight'

A Plus: the nature trail nearby across the street.
