Had many complications throughout my stay. The office staff was often unhelpful and rude. Maintenance often entered apartment without forewarning (this was especially a problem when they entered your bedroom while you were sleeping or if you were taking a shower and walked out and there they were.) Also, they had no outside lights forover a month and as a female with an apartment in the back corner did not feel safe. Overall not a pleasant experience was had. The final insult came over the security deposit. I wrote the check (we each took turns paying for thigs, so the money was mine, not the rest of the houses)and Highland Hills refused to reimburse me, without having everyone's signature on the check that did not belong to them.
