Ultra Pleasant and a Fun place to live

Don't pass this place up if you are looking for a great place to live.. I recently moved out and I wish I were still living there.
There are DEER wandering around the property!! they have a great pool and a nice workout room. Maintnence is not so good. but the rest of the staff is very nice and get things done quickly especially in the last year.
It got a little loud on the weekends but that is what you would expect from a college town..

Wonderful Office Staff
Beautiful Property
Nice apartment
Great Value
Bus Line runs all the time to and from campus
Minus:
Parking is not so good
can be loud at times (during the school year)
Maintence is Slow and does a poor job
