This place is great for the money! If you like to be close to UNC but don't want to be on campus this is the next best thing. We just moved in and love how nice and private we feel here. The J bus comes though all the time it seems, so it makes it very conveinent to get to campus or pretty much any where you want to go on Franklin Street. The only issue that we've had since we moved in is with the visitor parking. Which with where we are located isn't really that big of deal unless we have more then 2 or 3 guests over. Other then that Highland Hills is great.
