When we moved in, the people who worked there were great and realy cared. In a few months after moving in the office changed and the people were rude. The only person who was great was the handy man. But that was when the office would tell him that there was a work order in. If we wanted anything fixed in the apartment we had to go and tell him or do it our selves.

The apartment it self was great. We enjoyed the house. But it was old and falling apart. The wood is falling apart from the wood bees that they do nothing about.

I would just be very careful when renting from Highland Hills and from Colonial Properties Trust Company. I even called and spoke to a manager about how rude the office was and they blew it off. Did not care one bit. They just fill the apartments and don't care.

You will spend a lot on heating and on cooling. The whole place leaks air!! The gym was full of broken stuff. Never fixed the whole time we were there. We joined a gym in town.
