The people are incompetent and will not go out of their way to help you. The appliances are old and drive up your energy bills, which are too high to start with. Our little 3 bedroom apartment had an energy bill close to $300, and after months of hassling with the apartment and energy company Highland Hills gave us $50 off one month's rent. So now we can't afford our air conditioning and guests will not come over because of it. I won't even start to list the amount of times we had to get the maintenance to fix the SAME PROBLEM (blinds missing, fridge door not closing and cleaning out vents all took 3-5 separate requests to get resolved)! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
