We just signed our second lease with Colonial Village and we have really enjoyed living here. We have a three bedroom townhouse. We are rarely bothered by noise (but we do not have anyone above us), and the community seems pretty friendly. The staff at the office has been the biggest plus about living here: they know us by name and have been so helpful whenever we have had questions or problems.
The J Bus makes this a great choice for people looking to be a little further off campus without the inconvenience. We never drive our cars to campus: the bus comes every 15 minutes and their neighborhood is quieter than those closer to campus, which can be a good thing.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex. We have friends moving in next year also because they liked our living situation so much!
