My roommate and I recently renewed our lease at Colonial Village at Highland Hills. Compared to my old apartment, Highland Hills is miles better. The rent is very reasonable, which is a major factor since we are both grad students at UNC. I feel safe in the well lit yet quiet area. The J bus is convenient and runs frequently. The office staff are very helpful, and the office is open 7 days a week! You can't beat that! If we ever have maintenance issues, the repairmen (or repair woman) come very fast, are efficient and helpful. Try to get an apartment with a view into the woods- its very peaceful. There's plenty of parking. The neighborhood has both grad students and families. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
