We loved it here!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
We moved out of state after living at Poplar Place for 3 years, and look back at it with fondness. We'd like to reiterate what other reviewers have said; very friendly office staff and responsive maintenance people. Also, it is a very dog-friendly complex, and the landscaping is pretty nice and well-kept. We would recommend living at PP to anyone.
