Lived here almost 6 years. When Archstone owned the apartments, they were GREAT! However, they have since been sold twice now in the last few years, and have gone downhill fast! Problems are not fixed, management is not helpful, and our apartment is INFESTED with cochroaches!!! Have also had our share of mice. Management doesn't care. Disgusting, can't wait to move out next month!!!

Management does care. Management cares to the point of having pest control out to the community the following business day in addition to weekly treatments when and where necessary. This particular apartment home is currently the only home reporting this problem, and the pest control company itself is unsure why this is a problem in this specific apartment.

Well, I think this is a response from one of the managers!!! I live in the apartment complex next to Poplar Place (Ashbrook apartments). Since we moved in (almost one year ago) we deal with the same problem...chockroaches!!! And guess what? I was told our apartment is the only one with this problem and... the pest control doesn't have a solution for this! And I specifically asked when we moved in if they have this kind of problem and they said no way! But do you think they care? They just want the appartments to be rented!!!
