The atmosphere at Poplar is warm and earthy. I love all the trees and the location is perfect. So close to Franklin Street and UNC. Parking is very ample, I never have to worry about where to park. The new paint job is taking a while to complete, but it is looking nice and clean. The price has gone up in the last few years, but compared to other companies around, there about average. Overall no major issues, we are very happy here!

Rumor is the office staff posts good reviews every few weeks to keep the ratings up.....and if you look back, it looks about right....
