Tired of poor maintenance and uneffective management

I like the location and the view from my apartment.
But service is getting worse, mainteinance takes for ever to get things fixed.
The laundry center used to work with rechargeable cards and costed $1.05 per wash. They increased the price almost 50% to $1.50 and changed to new machines that only work with quarter coins. Now I have to go to the bank once a week to get coins, since I used about 36 coins a week for three batches of washing drying. A real hassle. And the new machines have problems all the time, but the staff takes no responsibility at all. I got several dollars swallowed by the washers, but nobody has any answers.
The staff is really friendly when you treat them, but the results are poor. The place is well maintained externally but the quality of interiors is not very good.
I am getting more and more annoyed by the situation and I am thinking in moving...
