Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
the property has really turned itself around. it's gotten a little quieter here the past couple years and you can tell the difference. you still have some stragglers hanging out around the hill by the BP station at night but that is never going to go away. Maintenance is great and the property looks good.
