I have been a resident here for a almost a year now and just renewed my lease for an additional 19mths....The staff is cool and very helpful with any concern that I may have about any and everything....In regards to the people standing outside near the road, I thought that was going to be an issue but I have witnessed for myself on several occasions the security officers writing tickets to the people, so that doesnt seem to be a Ridgewood problem but a City of Carrboro problem...and its amazing to finally find a place that lives up to it words about 24hr emergency maintenace.....they were here within 45 minutes of my calling.....good looking out...I would certainly recommend this place to others and have done so.....my sister and neice moved here last month!!!!!
