granted this is my first apartment but it really is lacking in amenities....very small although larger than some i've seen. the community...where do i start' as previously mentioned it is a little bit ghetto, but you get what you pay for, cheap rent when i moved in but the new management is raising the rates 80 some dollars a month for....' i guess the highspeed internet that works only halfway. seriously huge problem with trash on the sidewalks and being harrassed by other tennants...if you are a single female, try for something else.
