We lived at Rock Creek for over a year, and have never had such an unpleasant living experience.
For starters, we were shown an apartment model that was very light and airy. Then on the day of move-in, we were leased an apartment that was extremely dark as a result of being below ground (although considered a second floor apartment). This also led to numerous rodents in the apartment.
We were embarrassed to have visitors because of the amount of mold growing on the sides of the building, the walkways, and stair rails. This was never even attended to the entire year that we resided there.
If this wasnt already enough to deal with, we felt very unsafe due to suspicious neighbors and suspicious characters hanging out in the parking lot.
Rock Creek is severely overpriced and utility bills were excessive every month (especially since our air was out of commission several times)! The office staff is about as knowledgeable at running an apartment complex as a group of kindergartners would be. They were totally unresponsive to numerous problems that arose during the lease. These problems were ongoing even after we vacated the property.
We do not recommend anyone living in these conditions.
