I have been a resident at Rock Creek for the past 5 years and don't know understand what all of the bad emails are about. I do agree that the utilities are a bit high but it is becasue of Piedmont Electric not Rock Creek. Rock Creek is not charging the electric and reading the meters, Piedmont Electric is. I have been through several paintings of the buildings, paving Rock Haven road,twice and other "construction" and it only proves to me that the apartment people are trying to better Rock Creek, not make problems for us residents. The rent is reasonable for my two bedroom apartment. I love my neighbors, they are very friendly. It is quiet here - I work third shift, live in a building by the bus stop, and I get sleep! I have not had any problems with noise not even from the buses. Turnover in the office staff has been high, but it seems like the ladies in there now know what they are doing and seem to care about us. I love the fact that they know my apartment and my name. My lease ends in July and I am satying another year because of the way I am treated at Rock Creek.

This guy must have had a hearing problem. Also, whether the utility issue is Piedmont's fault or Rock Creek's fault (and I agree that it's almost exclusively Piedmont's fault), you still can't get out of paying an extremely inflated price for electricity if you live here, so that argument is moot.
Care about you, eh? No one was ever ostensibly rude to me while at Rock Creek, but no one ever really tried to address my problems, either. You might say their customer service motto was, "Screw you with a smile."
Also interesting that this entry wasn't updated to include that extra year he/she was supposedly going to stay on. Did you change your mind, or was this yet another attempt by management to boost the property's profile?
