Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002

I lived in Rock Creek for a year, and I can't wait to move out.

1)Overly priced. You can find a better place at a cheaper price.
2)Management is not helpful. Even during office hours, the office is locked.
3)VERY dark. You have to turn on the light all day.
4)Energy inefficient. Air conditioning doesn't work very well, and power bill is rediculously expensive.
5)Walls and ceiling are very thin. If you like to be disturbed by noise, this is the place. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
