I've lived in Rock Creek for four months now and and relatively satisfied. The complex is located in a nice area and is very conveniently located at the beginning of the J route bus line. The office and maintenance staff are polite.

My only big complaint is the electric bill. When I reserved the apartment, I was told the monthly electric bill would be between 65-75 dollars. My bills have been about double that. I would still move here if I had it to do all over again, but beware of the electric bills.
