I have lived at Rock Creek for about a year now. I wnated to post this in response to some of the other postings regarding the utility bill. I, too, have a two bedroom apartment with a roommate. We are home a lot except when in classes. Our bill was high in December compared to other months but not $300-$400 (it was $178) and I know it is not Rock Creek's fault. They had many complaints with this issue and were nice enough to give out the phone number to the utility commission. I called and so did some of my neighbors. The office staff informed me that Piedmont is now being under investigation for their billing practices and they thanked me for calling as they have been calling themselves. The staff have been great in helping me and my neighbors with this issue with the utility company. I would recommend Rock Creek-and I have to my friends.
