We moved into Rock Creek 8/06. We are very lucky because we got an end unit and our balcony faces the creek and the woods. We have a beautiful wooded view in teh sprin summer and fall, now that it is winter and the trees are bare it is still not bad.

We only had problems with noise once and after speaking with our neighbor it has never been a problem again. We love the hot tub and pool.

The only down side is that it is an older building and they don't seem to do the painting or patching up very well. It could also use a little more storage.

All in all for the very cheap price it is a steal and we plan to stay put for a good while.

Care to mention what you're paying for this "steal?" Is your neighbor the bus driver, or the guy that runs the jackhammer? Still, adding a "down side" made this posting by a staff member at Rock Creek all the more believable. Kudos!
