recently moved in -mid November- and love it here. i looked at other communities off of smith level rd and rock creek's staff were the only one who said the utility bills were going to be more expensive. i have friends in the villages and in highland hills and they complain about their bills but the staff at both properties said it was no problem. i chose rock creek based on them being upfront with me and not trying to hide things. i love my apartment and will be staying here throughout grad school.
