I have been living here since July 06 and it's fantastic! i have a 1-bedroom villa with great vaulted ceilings. i did fear that would be a problem with my electric bill, only it hasn't so far. the management staff here are the best i have even known. they take care of the very few, random things that go wrong in my apartment. they have even contacted my neighbors about garbage left outside for months and the excessive noise they make on a daily/ nightly basis.

my 1-bedroom is the most expensive since i did not want upstairs or downstairs neighbors. the villa's are the same floorplan as the other 1-bedrooms, just better locations. i'd recommend them definitely!

i know people have ----- about their really high electric bills. sure, we have Piedmont Electric which is apparently the highest in the area. i have been unemployed for 2 months, which means i'm home all the time. this is the 1st month my bill even peaked over $100. it was $117 which is still so damn cheap considering how warm i keep my heat and run power. the day our bills came out, we all got an email from the apt office saying their case against Piedmont for the price gouging is progressing ahead of schedule. What are you kidding about the electric bills? Yes, they are high. But I am glad that the management is trying to get it changed. Why don't we sign a petition to the Town Manager?
