I have never lived here but the person I spoke to, when inquiring, was very rude and very discouraging. The man I spoke to said that there wasn't anything available until, at least, the first of the year. I asked if the property ever received 30 day notices. His response was no, not normally. I informed him that I was not in any rush to move and was very interested anyway. He did not offer to put me on any type of waiting list and when I expressed interest in viewing the property he discouraged me from coming out, saying I could if I wanted to but he didn't have much to show me. I already understood there were none of the type of appartments I was interested in to view and wanted only to see the property. The person I spoke to was very rude, nonprofessional and very negative.

Do to this experience I am posting a negative review about the staff. It is very unfortunate that one ill mannered representative can have such an effect on an entire property. I have never been so mistreated by a rental property staff.

I will be informing everyone I meet about the conversation that transpired.

You can't do a full review without visiting. All of the office workers are very nice, including the man you spoke to (he is the only male office worker so I know who you mean). It sounds like he didn't want to waste your time and that's why he was discouraging.

I live there and I know the man she/he is talking about. I agree that he is indeed very obnoxious, rude and unwelcoming. If they care about their name they should fire him, the sooner, the better, or they will have more messages like this. On the other hand, the rest of the staff is very nice indeed, pity that this guy is ruining the image of all of them.

I believe that I interact with this person as well. One should not confuse straightforwardness with rudeness. I haven't had any problems with him and he is helping my fiancee and I to move within the complex. This complex sells out rather quickly because of the rent and easy access to UNC. He was probably just giving the submitter the facts, as unpleasant as they may seem.
