the management is absolutely terrible, they waited nearly two years to tell me that i owed them money for a water bill that I am positive I paid back when I moved out. They are rude and ridiculous, in addition the apartments are over priced and they never returned my deposit and claimed that it wasn't a deposit but a holding fee which is not what they told me at the time I signed my lease

everyone pays a non refundable move-in fee/administrative fee. lots of apartment complexes do that.

yeah the issue is that that wasn't how it was originally framed, they said deposit and refundable not fee and non-refundable
