I currently live at Rock and have been here for 2 year, and I've never had a problem with the staff. I think they are very nice and always work to help with any problems I might have. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and very hard working.

The one problem I do have is that sometimes the electric bills can be a little high. There doesn't seem to be a real pattern to the charging.
