Spacious, affordable, close to campus

I lived at Royal Park for the past two years and enjoyed my stay there.

The office and maintenence staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are not not new but I knew this going in.

They usually run very good specials if you are like me and shop around for price.

I had a couple of problems but they were corrected usually that same day.

I used the fitness center they had quite often and really enjoyed the fact that I was given my own key and could come and go whenever I wanted.

The apartments are located on the J bus line which takes you all over town.

I also like the fact that I could park right in front of my building.

What I didn't like was the fact that the swimming pool wasn't opened very long this past summer, a little over a month.

Overall though I would rent here again if I move back to this area.
