This review is for University Lake aprtment. Since there is no space for that apartment I am using the space for Royal Park b/c both the apartments are run by same community from same office and they do share many things including neighbourhoods and facilities.
I lived in University Lake apartment for one year and found it enough! I had my aprtment robbed by breaking the door and I had to live with the broken door for three full days even after making frequent calls to the emergency number. It should be appropiate to mention that a call from my lawyear did really accelerate the process. Later I was given excuses that the emergency paging system was not working. The managements are not even irresposible but also liars!
The apartment pepople are inept. If you give your credit card number to charge the rent they will forget that and claim for the late payment fee. They keep on making mistakes and every time they make some mistake you have to spend an ample amount of time to fix that.
The apartment facilities are worse. They have a pool but no body can predict whether the pool would be open on a particular day and for how long. The apartment laudry facilities are nightmare. I had to dry my clothes many time by keeping them on my apartment floor after running out of quarters.
Safety should probably be the most concerned thing when you plan to move into this community. Even if you always carry a loaded gun few things can still happen, like, you could see that you car is hit by a big stone or somebody just signed his/her name on your car.
Last of all I think the recent manager donot like the apartments to be rented or lease to be renewed. I received my renewal offer letter on the last of my submitting letter to the management stating whether I plan to stay or leave.
I do not recommend this apartment to anyboby.
