I have been living there for more than two years.

Things become worse and worse.

In the beginning, I chose it because of its location and quietness.

Then, what happened really tear my heart off.

Things are:
[1] My car was broken three times, side mirrors and car body.

I saw many cars were broken into because of their CD-players.

So if you have a car with CD-player, never move in.

[2] I was stopped at least twice by strangers asking for money.

I was deceived to give a black young man 5 dollars for his "claimed" child.

It turned out to be just a trap.
[3] Noisy environment.

[4] Terrible managment, terrible service.

Each time you pay your rent on time, the clerk looks like you still owe her a million dollars for years.
[5] Fire.

At least two buildings caught fire because of old wire problem.

If you do want to flee out of your apartment at mid-night, move in.
In sum, strongly against moving in.
