Save your money and go elsewhere. It is located in a very unsafe area. Lots of drug deals and shady people. Apartments are tiny! No ceiling fans, balcony, dishwasher, or other things that they advertise. NO counter space in the kitchen, literally! Laundry room is flooded 99% of the time with the majority of washers and dryers permanently broken. Maintence staff is friendly but don't do a good job of fixing things. Office staff is not very friendly and is NOT helpful. Windows don't really lock. Walls are very thin. Cheap fixtures. Very noisy a lot of the time! I really don't recommend single women living here as it is not a safe area! Also, the office here is never open and you have to go to Royal Park to even find somebody.
