Shady area aside, the apartment complex still completely sucks. The management and staff are unavailable at best and rude, lazy, unreasonable --------- at worse. I'm repeating all the other reviews that say the maintenance sucks, the pool is nasty, and over the course of my stay here (13 month-lease) the management instituted a completely ridiculous parking policy to address a parking issue that was Non-Existent!! The heat and a/c are useless, there are gaping cracks around the windows and doors, no proper locks on the windows, PAPER-THIN walls between apartments (Yes, I can hear my neighbors use the toilet, talk on the phone, even snore from their beds at night...). And of course there is the loud music being blasted from car stereos at all hours of the night which rattles the windows.
Yes it's "cheap" but it's still WAY MORE THAN WHAT YOU SHOULD PAY FOR WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET!!
I'm not kidding, please look elsewhere! I'm not super high-maintenance about my apartments but I can't wait to move out.
