RUDE PEOPLE
The staff here is very rude and the residents. There are mostly Mexican people who live here and don't speak English.

CARS TOWED JUST BECAUSE
Royal park has a towing company who so calls watches the lot a night, well when they can't find anything to do they tow cars for silly reasons, like parking to close to the next parking spot. If your car is towed you will have to pay 100 to get it, they tow cars so much there are 30 or more cars on their lot from royal park. When my car was towed I called the police because I thought it was stolen, I was told by the officer that the tow company gets bored a night and tows cars for silly reasons

THE MAINTENANCE
maintenance people will come in your house with not notice. I was sleeping and awoke to men in my house while my 5year old was watching TV. When I called the office I was told next time bolt lock my door because they will come in. Also slow to fix things
I spent 2 days with no air it was 90 out side!

THE 2ND RESIDENTS THE ROACHES
The roaches are the worst they spray and spray but the come back or just never leave.

MOLE
I have mole growing around my bat tub, the maintenance told me it's not mole and just cocked it well it came back IT'S MOLE!.

RUDE RESIDENTS AND LOUD MUSIC AT 6AM
The Mexican residents play Mexican music all time of the day loud even at 6am!

ROYAL PARK JUST DON'T CARE
I have an allergies to bee's well both walk ways to the apartment are full of bee's and there is no other way of getting in, I call the office over a week ago explained that if I'm sting by a bee I can't breath well no one has did anything it's so sad the children have to duck bees to play outside. If you don't wan to headache avoid ROYAL PARK!
