Looks nicer from the outside!
You can hear every noise made by neighbors. When the upstairs neighbors walk across the floor, the kitchen light fixture shakes, pictures on the wall shift, plus the general thuds. Have also heard them yelling and banging on the doors. I can even hear neighbors phone ringing!
The lawn usually looks good, but they work on it at odd times of the day.
Business center is seriously lacking, not at all like the place I lived before.
Pool is a saving grace.
Parking isnt usually a problem, but thats because so many people have moved out.
Location is good in that its close to campus with the bus stop just outside the entrance. But, theyve had several safety issues that they try to downplay instead of taking action.
Dont recommend!!

I have found that all of these wood frame apartment buildings conduct sound like a big bass drum. My neighbors are quiet, thank God. The safety is also lacking, which is so typical for apartments. Its a good idea to buy window locks, and also its a real good idea to replace the patio door handle with a lock, so some intruder doesn't just cut the glass and reach in to open the door. |
