We lived there for about a year. The management was extremely bad since the first day. The manager seemed to find a reason very often to send the maintanance in your apartment to "fix" something particularly when you are not in. Personally, we don't want them in our apartment when no one is home and definitely not as often as they used to!! We explained it to her and requested to do so million times. She NEVER respected to these requests and answered with RUDE comments. We may have enjoyed living there if we were not extremely bothered by manager Barbara's attitude that did not respect our privacy at all. We did not have a major problem with the apartment itself and the maintenance would have been good if we could contact that personnel directly (again, the acceptable maintenance was not because of the management, but because of 3 good and expert people that the manager chose to change/replace in a period of 9 months). They had even done wrong repairs because of the manager's bad communication skills and her way of trying to do things when we were not in. Her extreme rudeness was really difficult to bear although we were not anything than model tenants. I totally agree with the previous comment : I would never recommend that treatment, REGARDLESS of how nice a place is, to anyone.

I have noticed this "maintenance" and "inspection" crap myself. They are there so often its almost like having roommates.
