I've lived in Sterling Bluff/Bridges for two years and have no plans to leave until I finish grad school. Everything has been wonderful - maintenance problems are fixed immediately and well, and they have been few and far between. The apartment itself is in very good shape; the one time that I had a problem with the shower and it was not fixed within a week, the maintenance person got my carpet cleaned for me free while I was out of town! The rest of the property is always well-kept, and I spend a lot of time at the pool and using the treadmill. I could not ask for a better place to live by myself, especially at this price.
