I have lived here for over five years, have seen many residents come and go and one thing remains true: This property has always had good, quiet and respectful residents. Whatever they are doing to attract such a good resident base is beyond me but I certainly do appreciate it after living in several terrible communities in Chapel Hill.
The new management has proven themselves to be more than helpful, my mother visited me in September and while I was at work she asked the man in the office for directions to food and shopping and he printer her detailed mapquest directions and she had a wonderful time! Without getting lost. I see the new management as more proactive, caring about the wellbeing of their residents (they just offered everyone a free membership to O2 Fitness Club) and more caring about the upkeep of the property.
i would reccomend this property to anyone looking for peace and quiet, a quaint community with a great location. The rent can be higher than neighboring communities but you get what you pay for!
