I read the last review and I must say, I have never had any problems with Michele (correct spelling of her name). She has fed my cats, bought doggie treats for my dog, has given plenty of people with animals treats, made sure our packages were delivered to our home for Christmas, put together socials. I love the place, the grounds are beautiful, maintenance people are always on top of things, everyone has always gone over and above for us and many people we know in the place have said the same thing. We love Bridges at Chapel Hill and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. You must have really been rude to her for her to be rude to you. You did sign it anonymously and that says enough.

Only Michele herself would write the correct spelling of her name and write such glowing things about herself! She is the rudest manager I have met in my 15 years of living in rented apartments! I can excuse rude behavior once, but not rude behavior that is consistent! Plus she is the fakest person I have met...She goes from using a rude tone with me to this fake nice tone when she picks up the phone!
