My husband and I have only been here a little over a month and we love it, partially, because of Michele. She has been incredibly helpful, honest, and prompt with all of our questions and desires as tenants. We met her at Law School admissions day, and her warmness and professional appeal drew us into this complex above the others. I can't imagine the type of person who would be so rude as to publicly call someone as efficient as Michele out, juvenile if you ask me.
