Let?s start with...

Parking: The number of spaces would be perfect if the right number of people lived in each apartment. But that isn?t the case here. I usually end up parking at least 2 buildings away. It?s well lit, but I never feel safe walking to my apt at night.

Noise: I?m a huge fan of music and enjoy the occasional concert, but NOT outside coming from a truck?s stereo with at least 10 drunks standing around it leaving beer cans and bottles everywhere and polluting the air with a "smokey substance." And inside the apt is bad too. I don?t want to hear the conversations of people living next to me. And is that a drumkit I heard last night at 2am'

The Grounds: I already mentioned the beer cans all over the place. Another incident was when a car window was shattered and the glass was in the parking aread taking up 2-3 spaces. The glass is still there and that was over 3 months ago. The decor inside the apt is old. That doesn?t bother me so much, but the fact that they just paint over the dirt rather than wash it off is just gross. The stove sets off the smoke alarm EVERY time it?s turned on.

Safety: The actual premisis seems safe, but some of the other tenants don?t make me feel safe.

Insulation: What insulation' My windows were supposed to be fixed when I moved in. That was 10 months ago. There is actually a breeze that comes in. It costs a fortune to heat the place in the winter.

Staff: I will give them a 10 in the "nice dept." but nice only gets you so far.

Maintenance: Here we go. The list I gave them when I moved in of needed repairs has still not been completed. I?ve lived here for 10 months. 4 months ago I reported a leak in my main bathroom. It?s a good thing that I?ve got 2 bathrooms because the toilet in the apt above me is still leaking into my main bathroom. It?s raunchy brown water. It?s unsanitary. They told me they?d get it fixed right away. I have been in contact with them once a week since I first reported the leak. Each time they come up with another excuse. Wether it be that they nave no maintenance personel or they?ve got 70 other maintenance problems on the list, it?s always a new excuse. A guy came in to fix it and just covered the hole in the ceiling with some plaster. The plaster fell and the hole is bigger and a second and third hole are forming. The paint has peeled from above the toilet over to the wall of the shower. It?s covered in black mildew/mold. It is absolutely grotesque.

Overall, I?d say that this place is the worst I?ve ever lived in. I got the "rent special" but like past reviews, it?s not worth it. It?s loud. It?s dirty. It stinks. It?s over populated. And maintenance is slow and ineffective.
