This is a great place to live. There?s so much to do here. They even have a raquetball court! The amenities are one of the biggest reasons I chose this place. Also, the management and maintenance are great. A new manager and new maintenance team is here and in this short time , I?ve noticed a huge improvement in the quality of the grounds. I?m sure with more time, I?ll see even more great changes. I had the opportunity to talk with the new manager and he said they are working on fixing up most of the property from the breezeways to the fitness center. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone. I?ll admit it?s not the newest place in Carrboro or Chapel Hill, but I feel it?s one of the nicest!
