At first I love the convience of living here, but as time moved on, I realized the many problems. It's very crowded here. And that makes for a louder environment. Maintanance is slow and inadequate. The staff in the office makes up every excuse for why repairs are not done. First excuse was that there was only one maintanance guy and that others quit. Then that guy was supposedly fired along with others on the staff. Next they said they had a whole new staff, but that first maintanance guy is still there. And so are the problems. If they offer a special and you're trying to budget your money, it's an ok place. But I wouldn't recomend it to people otherwise. Oh adn I'm on the second floor and I had some guy climb up onto my balcony trying to get to the third floor. Makes a person feel less safe.
